Dine Around is Returning - February 2024Every year, restaurants, pubs and bars across the province showcase an array of Nova Scotia products and creativity at an attractive price during Dine Around.
01 - 29 February 2024, Dine Around menus will be available priced at $10, $20, $30, $40, $50 and $60.
Lunch menus are an option! More options mean more ways to participate and more choices for diners.
Dine Around is free for restaurants to participate in and a fantastic way for foodies to get out and try a new or favourite spot! Many restaurants offer a revised menu item for the program, so it's a great way to treat your taste buds!

Business Details
Mary comes from a long line of women who made their living preparing and selling food.
Her grandmother was a kenkey seller in their home village of Apam, on the Atlantic coast of West Africa.
Her mother was a baker who saw their family through coup d’etats and crises with non-stop hard work.
Mary started her business as a rice seller in Achimota, at a little wooden stand, when she was just a teenager. She now has over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry, and is the proprietress of Mary’s African Cuisine (a full service African Restaurant in Downtown Halifax), Kicks Café (a soccer themed café in the BMO Soccer Centre in Halifax), and a catering division that serves weddings, festivals, and large events with food, drinks and specialty cakes.
